1. How can I order?
To place a wholesale order with Lino Fitness just fill out the Purchase Order Form (download form) and e-mail back to
contact@linofitness.com.
2. What is your minimum order?
Lino Fitness minimum wholesale order is 25 pieces.
3. How long does it take to process and ship and order?
All orders take up from four to six weeks to be processed and shipped. Depending on stock, you may receive your items
prior to this time.
4. I am in a hurry and can’t wait all this time to receive the items…
E-mail us at contact@linofitness.com and request our list of items for immediate delivery. Usually we keep a large amount of
styles, colors and sizes in Orlando-FL and can ship them to you immediately.
5. What sizes do you offer?
• XS/S (will fit women sizes 0 to 5 and cups A and B)
• M/L (will fit women sizes 5 to 10 and cups C and D)
• XL (will fit women sizes 11 to 14)
6. What payments do you accept?
• Google Checkout: we will send an invoice to your e-mail address and you can make the payment with your debit/credit card
• PayPal: we
will send an invoice to your e-mail address and you can make the payment with your debit/credit card
• Phone order (US cards only): call
us with you card information and we will process the sale over the phone
• Money Order (only Postal Service Money Order)
• Bank or
Company Check (will be held at the bank until the funds clear… may delay the order around 1 week)
Note: We require a full payment prior to shipping on all orders. A Letter of Credit may be accepted and will depend the size of the order.
7. Can I get a sample of your product?
Our policy is to make paid samples available. We will bill you the Wholesale price and shipping. Thanks for your understanding.
8. How do you ship?
• Lino Fitness will ship via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise advised.
• We add in all packages delivery confirmation. Please note that the package can’t be tracked step by step with this service and
insurance is not included as well.
• Insurance, Tracking and shipping through DHL, UPS and FedEx are available upon the customer’s request (you) on the time
of your order.
• The buyer pays freight, insurance, unloading costs and transportation from Orlando-FL to the provided destination location.
• International duties will be paid by the Buyer.
• Customers in foreign countries are fully responsible for researching the shipping costs, duties, required methods, etc. of their
particular country.
• Shipping costs are included to the customer’s invoice total.
9. Loss and Damages
Lino Fitness is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or any lost packages unless the customer added insurance
and tracking to the package.
10. Returns and Exchanges
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Only products with manufacturing flaws may be returned
• Lino Fitness will accept exchanges only for an account credit that can be used for future orders. If upon receipt of a Lino Fitness
shipment you find a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. Lino Fitness needs to be informed of any errors in ten
business days, so we encourage you to examine all orders the day you obtain them.
• We suggest Return Shipments be sent insured with tracking.
• Lino Fitness will not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
