Wholesaler FAQ

How do I open an account to start purchasing Lino Fitness wholesale?
Click “Become a Wholesaler” under the Wholesale Tab and follow the step-by-step process.


Can I get exclusivity? 
Lino Fitness does not offer exclusivity to our wholesale partners at this time.

Is there a minimum order? 
There is no minimum order required for first time sample orders. After that, we require a 15 items minimum order (you can mix and match colors, styles and sizes – so 25 items total order).

I can’t find the style/color/size I want available on your website. Do you accept back orders?
Most of the time, yes! Contact us with what you would like to back order and we will email you back letting you know the possibility and the expected delivery date.

May I order by phone?
Yes! To order by phone, have your order ready along with your credit card number and expiration date and call (407) 697-2483.

May I order by email?
Absolutely! Just sent us an email with the quantity you would like to order, style number, size and color. We will enter your order manually to the website and will send you the Purchase Order. Please note that we can’t guarantee an item will be available if you send the order over the email. A lot of times we have very low stock in a style/color/size and in one minute it can be available on the website, the other minute the item can be sold.

Is it safe shopping on your web site?
Yes! Our merchant company that processes all the credit card payments uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).  All of your personal data is encrypted by them before it is transmitted to us. We will never see your credit card number. Our merchant company automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs and once your information reaches their site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (through the website, over the phone or PayPal), and also Western Union.

Tracking your order 
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Out of stock items 
We try to update the website constantly, but if for some reason we do not have the item you purchase available, we will email you advising you of any out of stock items. We can exchange the item for something else, back order the item from the factory, or cancel the order and refund 100% of your payment.

What are your shipping rates?
Simply add your items to your shopping bag and click ‘Estimate Shipping’ at the bottom of the page to calculate your approximate postage cost. These shipping rates are based on the carrier’s standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order. 
We ship (for USA orders):
  • Post Office: delivery in 3-7 business days
  • Express Saver: Delivery in 3 business days (not available to Hawaii or Alaska).
  • Express 2Day: 2 business delivery to most areas (3 business days to Hawaii and Alaska).
  • Express Standard Overnight: Overnight delivery by 3:00pm to most US addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Overnight delivery by 10:30am to most US addresses; by noon or 4:30 in remote areas. Many areas of Hawaii and Alaska in 1 or 2 business days.
  • Express First Overnight: Overnight delivery to major markets by 8:30am, depending on destination zip code. Not available to Hawaii.

What delivery options are available for non-contiguous US states and territories?
We ship via Post Office for all Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO orders.

Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?
Yes, we do! Simply add your items to your shopping bag and click ‘Estimate Shipping’ at the bottom of the page to calculate your approximate postage cost. These shipping rates are based on the carrier’s standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order. 

We ship via Post Office most of the time. If you prefer your order shipped with another carrier such as FedEx, UPS or DHL please contact us for rates.
Once shipped, international packages usually take 7-15 business days for delivery. Still, be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
Additionally, you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package which are not included in your Lino Fitness order. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment.
While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders purchased through our online website will be shipped in 1-2 business days. If you need to back order any item/size/color from the factory, we will inform you the expected delivery date.

May I cancel my order after I've submitted it?
No, once you have submitted your order it is final.

Returns & Exchanges – Wholesale Purchases

What if I receive the wrong product(s)?
Inspect all garments upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made with 3 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange any garment, as long as it has not been worn, laundered or soiled. If you receive the wrong color item, the wrong size item or the wrong item altogether, we will gladly make an exchange for free and pay for shipping.
Should a production flaw be discovered, please ship the product back to Lino Fitness with an explanation of what is flawed and we will exchange the garment. Please write "DEFECT" in large letters on the outside of the return package.
For international customers, we strongly advise that you select a carrier that will provide tracking and insurance on packages to be returned to Lino Fitness.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2-3 weeks. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
